Key accountabilities
build, maintain, and continuously enhance power bi solutions that support our commercial analytics workspace across crm, erps, installed base, and related sources
translate business needs into intuitive, decision-ready dashboards, ensuring insights are meaningful, actionable, and easy to understand for non-technical users
advise and support dashboard and tools development across the organization
partner closely with sales and service stakeholders to identify performance gaps, opportunities, and improvement levers
enable performance management by delivering high-quality insights that drive data-based decision-making across the organization
proactively identify opportunities to improve data models, reporting efficiency, and commercial visibility
who are you?
Proven experience building and maintaining power bi dashboards and data models
3+ years of experience in bi, analytics, or commercial performance roles
strong mix of technical bi capability and commercial/business understanding
advanced english, with confidence to communicate daily with global stakeholders
curious, proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
comfortable working in a global matrix environment and driving initiatives independently
bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, data analytics, or a related field
