sales executive (commission-based) – zoomalo moving
location: remote (with initial on-site training in san miguel de allende, mexico)
type of contract: commercial commission agreement (not employment)
zoomalo moving is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial sales executive to help expand our domestic and international moving & storage services.
important: this opportunity is not an employment relationship. The collaboration will be formalized exclusively under a commercial commission agreement (contrato de comisión mercantil).
responsibilities
* manage a pipeline of qualified leads assigned by the company.
* achieve target conversion rates through consistent sales performance.
* ensure compliance with sales processes and proper use of crm/yembo tools.
* provide outstanding customer service and represent zoomalo professionally.
commission structure
* commissions range from 4% to 6%, depending on performance.
* bi-monthly reconciliations for adjustments (cancellations, upsells, etc.).
* commissions paid against invoices issued by the contractor.
requirements
* proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
* strong communication and negotiation skills.
* ability to work independently under a commission-only scheme.
* must be able to issue personal invoices for commission payments.
* availability for 2 weeks of initial in-person training in san miguel de allende.
start date
we are ready to begin immediately and will coordinate a start date that suits your availability.
