Human resources manager
about the role:
we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that hr objectives are met through the correct application of established policies, procedures, and systems.
responsibilities:
* staff management: coordinate the efforts of staff under your supervision to achieve objectives and goals.
* kpi monitoring: manage and ensure the monitoring of departmental kpis such as turnover and absenteeism.
* staffing and personnel: maintain staffing levels within the authorized range, as well as track personnel changes.
* employee services: ensure the provision of various employee services, including transportation and the cafeteria.
* compliance and payment: ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies, and accurate and timely payment to all company personnel.
* training and development: develop training plans and programs for staff development.
requirements:
* 5-7 years of experience as a human resources superintendent.
* 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
* knowledge of iatf 16949.
* motivation and recognition systems.
* knowledge of labor laws and imss (mexican social security institute).
* knowledge of nom 035 (mexican official standard 035).
