The opportunity we are hiring luxury real estate brokers and high-performance sales professionals who want to build a minimum of $100,000 mxn per month income in the luxury segment. Responsibilities active prospecting (core of the role) identify and directly contact luxury property owners generate opportunities with qualified buyers and investors client relationship management build long-term relationships with high-value clients deliver a premium, responsive client experience deal execution & closing manage the full transaction process (buy/sell/lease) negotiate and close high-value deals sales strategy & collaboration work with the team to improve acquisition and closing strategies execute field-driven commercial actions (not passive lead generation) profile strong sales experience (luxury hospitality preferred) fluent english & spanish (mandatory). A third language is a huge plus. Highly ambitious with a clear goal of earning $100k mxn/month self-driven, disciplined, and performance-oriented strong communication and negotiation skills full-time availability and flexibility (including client meetings on weekends) ability to work independently (home office model) own laptop, smartphone, and car.
