Job description:
as a member of our consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our employee experience solution sales. You will provide strategic support and guidance to drive revenue growth for one of our key products, collaborating closely with sales, product management, and the executive team.
* support product sales as a technical and domain expert, working alongside a client-facing sales team to drive business outcomes
* lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solution with customer needs
* provide expert advice on product features and technical matters to customers, channel partners, and servicenow colleagues
* contribute feedback to product management on product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
* share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
* stay up-to-date on competitive analysis and market differentiation
* support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
requirements: relevant pre-sales experience in hr solutions, proficiency with the servicenow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions, experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services, territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterpart to drive execution excellence, travel as necessary.
