What will you contribute?
Working as part of the branding team, this role will support efforts to maintain and improve the finastra brand through the creation of original artwork and animations for use by the marketing team and wider organisation in a variety of different areas.
Responsibilities & deliverables:
we are looking for a graphic design artworker who will be responsible for supporting our corporate brand and design team in the creation and adaptation of marketing assets based on the brand.
The job:
to support the brand/design team on marketing’s on digital output. Creating engaging and visually stunning assets to help promote our products and services.
The specific responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- creating collaterals for a variety of communication materials to: advertising (digital/print), brochures, event branding and marketing projects/campaigns
- conceptualize and illustrate icons, organizational charts, diagrams, graphs and infographics
- creating collaterals of the highest standard while ensuring compliance according to brand and corporate identity guidelines
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to create brand collaterals for use by internal stakeholders
- preparing layouts, formatting text to stylesheets and preparing microsoft office presentation files such as word and powerpoint.
- working on a variety of different projects covering typography, retouching designs, layouts and illustrations.
- working to deliver projects in a timely fashion with a focus on priorities.
The essential skills:
- minimum of 1-3 years of experience in applicable field
- excellent design/typography skills
- adobe photoshop and illustrator
- adobe indesign
- microsoft word
- microsoft powerpoint
- possesses strong communication skills to articulate creative point of view, including opinion, intent and thought process behind creative choices
- comfort and experience with balancing multiple, distinct creative projects at once and navigating shifting priorities, timelines, directives and project scopes
- an excellent keen eye for detail and desire for consistency
- ability to work independently and with other teams
- eagerness to learn new skills
- amenable to work on shifting schedules which covers either or both british and eastern times.
- experience in creating interactive collaterals using ceros, xd, in5 or the like is a plus.
*required qualification and skills*:
- bachelor's degree or equivalent in fine arts / advertising or equivalent work experience.
*desirable qualifications and skills*:
- project management and communication skills.
- experience of liaising with external suppliers.
- knowledgeable in other multimedia software
