about the role
manages daily operations of a sales team working with select clients or groups to achieve business goals and resolve issues. experience in the energy sector, especially in power generation or oil & gas, is highly valued.
what you will do:
1. achieve sales and market share targets for power generation products.
2. supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff promoting and selling solar's products, ensuring high customer service levels.
3. manage and direct a sales force to meet sales and profit goals, including determining discount rates.
4. identify selling opportunities, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business relationships.
