about the role:
as a european business development manager cisco iiot and routing, you will be responsible foracting as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.
what you'll do:
* engages with the cisco iot business unit, running desk training, tool training and driving product mind share.
* support european development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth in the iot division for cisco.
* ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the company’s crm system (compass).
* weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
* support execution of marketing plans as required by the marketing manager.
* identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
* communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
what we're kindly looking for:
* previous experience in sales and/or marketing in the b2b scope.
* understanding of the b2b it market.
* experience as business developer would be a huge advantage.
* high level of english, as you will have to communicate with many different countries all around europe.
* business planning experience with strong operational cadence.
* location: porto.
