your tasks
objective: ensure the continuous implementation, development, and monitoring of the quality management system and related processes (e.g., technical cleanliness, esd). This includes defining new system and process standards, planning and executing internal and external audits in alignment with norms, certification requirements, and customer expectations, in collaboration with the quality network.
1. planning, preparing, and supervising internal audits, customer audits, and external system audits.
2. conducting process or system audits and/or full-run audits, coordinated with relevant internal and external entities.
3. qualifying and supporting internal auditors within the global hella network.
4. supervising international locations and considering international criteria across the entire quality network.
5. planning, preparing, and supervising the remediation of findings from audits, such as certification audits.
6. creating and maintaining local process documentation on the quality management system in coordination with process owners.
7. developing uniform system and process standards and leading their implementation in coordination with involved entities.
8. adapting and further developing quality methods and techniques to implement the quality system, including transferring customer-specific requirements into hella procedures.
9. creating, planning, and conducting training courses on quality methods, new processes, and procedures, along with coaching.
10. ensuring application of new methods and processes, and providing ongoing training and qualification.
11. conducting evaluations, identifying key points, and informing relevant entities.
12. preparing reports and documentation and ensuring communication with responsible and related entities.
13. further developing the quality management system in collaboration with central quality departments and supporting its implementation.
14. identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvements with process owners.
your qualifications
* more than 5 up to 6 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* bachelor’s degree completed, with proven experience in quality or related functions.
* strong knowledge and experience in quality topics for global projects (e.g., automatic scrap booking, novelty detection, fast response, iqs, tc).
* strong problem-solving skills and experience.
* experience with documenting new customer requirements.
* experience as a conformity of production auditor.
