junior execution role
focused on
continuous recruitment, candidate activation, digital outreach and international follow-up
.
from mérida, you will act as the
24/7 web desk
for young talents and work closely with our teams in europe, bali and mexico.

main objective of the role:
to ensure a
continuous inflow of candidates
for all young companies through fast digital outreach, whatsapp screening and structured follow-up.
key responsibilities
• act as the
daily web desk
for young talents
• continuously source candidates via linkedin, whatsapp, socials & platforms
• send out and manage the
standard whatsapp screening flow
• first screening on
speed, clarity, availability and salary
• schedule intake calls and trials
• support posting and reposting of vacancies
• maintain simple overviews of candidate pipelines
• follow up daily on inactive leads
• report weekly on inflow, interviews and placements
what success looks like after 12 months
• a
stable, always-live recruitment flow
for all young companies
• structural weekly candidate inflow
• fast screening and short time-to-hire
• clear overview of open roles and pipelines
• direct contribution to growth of young
first 90 days at young
you will be measured on:
speed of execution
volume of outbound sourcing
response rates
follow-up discipline
communication quality
90-day targets:
