your tasks
plan, monitor, initiate, and perform (and document) tests geared toward the needs of customers, development, production, and suppliers.
* clarify the testing requirements with development/production or if necessary, with the customer/supplier in the form of defined project descriptions.
* define trial and test arrangements as well as extensive tests and calculations for components, assemblies, devices, and systems; if necessary adjust the trial/test equipment as well as tests and calculations; if necessary introduce tests at responsible locations.
* present the test results and advise the customer with regards to the potential for optimization; if necessary agree on solution concepts for the investigated components, assemblies, devices, and systems.
* deploy employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instruct and support employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill their tasks.
your qualifications
* bachelor´s degree preferred in mechanic / electronic / mechatronic engineering
* professional experience in automotive industry for +4 years
* handling of customer requirements and quality audits
* advanced english
* knowledge on automotive testing theory and concepts (environmental, chemical, vibration, electrical, electronics dimensioning)
