about the role:
the client relationship representative is responsible for strengthening connections with existing clients by delivering a personalized and engaging communication experience. This role focuses on re-engaging current customers, introducing new healthcare solutions, and generating interest in innovative services through warm, relationship-driven conversations. The ultimate goal is to enhance client satisfaction, build trust, and schedule qualified meetings with internal specialists.
key responsibilities
* conduct outbound calls to existing clients to maintain and nurture strong relationships.
* introduce and communicate new healthcare products and services in a clear and engaging manner.
* generate interest and curiosity around new offerings without applying aggressive sales techniques.
* schedule appointments and consultations between clients and internal specialists.
* maintain accurate records of client conversations, feedback, and scheduled meetings in crm systems.
* follow up with clients as needed to ensure engagement and continuity in communication.
requirements
* advanced english proficiency (c1–c2 level), both spoken and written.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
* previous experience in customer service, client relations, or outbound calling is preferred.
* comfortable handling warm calls and engaging clients in meaningful conversations.
* charismatic, empathetic, and client-focused approach.
* experience using crm or call center systems is a plus.
* self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* positive attitude with a genuine interest in helping others improve their health and well-being
