delivery manager
position in jalisco (it´s an hybrid position).
key responsibilities: overseeing projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and adjusting as needed to keep the project on track. Leading and motivating the team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to succeed. Facilitating communication between the project team, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Identifying potential risks to the project and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring that the final product or service meets the required quality standards and that all deliverables are of high quality. Managing client relationships, addressing their needs and expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction. Identifying areas for improvement in the project delivery process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Managing the project budget to ensure it is not exceeded. Allocating resources effectively to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Managing communication and expectations of all stakeholders involved in the project. Addressing and resolving conflicts that may arise within the project team or between the team and stakeholders. Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting on the project's status to stakeholders.
qualifications: degree in computer science, or similar (master’s preferred) proven experience in managing large, complex projects with sound knowledge of itsm (information technology service management) experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies pmp or prince2 practitioner certification (required) pmi-acp or scrum master/product owner certifications (good to have it) knowledge on cloud platforms (preferably gcp) is an added advantage excellent communication skills (advanced english)
