*description*
- escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
- analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
- analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and f-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
- development of assembly and test processes and execution of fmeas
- developing of technical rfq for equipment and assembly tools
- selection, design and sourcing of equipment
- project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
- good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3p process and ramp-up workshops
*qualifications*
- bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
- at least 4 years of professional experience.
- experience at an oem
- substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) specifically a very high knowledge and experience and experience in assembly equipment and tools planning.
- knowledge of ergonomics standards is an advantage
- knowledge in kanban systematic
- catia and layout hls is an advantage
- experience of project management
- willingness to travel
