description
* escorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.
* analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processes
* analysis and detecting of potentials for costing and f-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.
* development of assembly and test processes and execution of fmeas
* developing of technical rfq for equipment and assembly tools
* selection, design and sourcing of equipment
* project management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)
* good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3p process and ramp-up workshops
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration
* 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
* experience at an oem
* substantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) specifically in assembly equipment planning and process planning.
* knowledge of ergonomics and automotive ergonomics standards is an advantage
* knowledge in kanban systematic
* catia
* willingness to travel
* fluent english
* german a2 (is a plus)
