we seek a results-focused, innovative, customer-centric well-qualified individual to join our talented team.
based from home in mexico, strategically close to queretaro city, you will meet sales targets for the growth of revenue and market share by expanding dymax customer base, building a strong local presence, executing dymax-mexico's best-in-class strategy, evaluating the market and business opportunities, developing new leads, building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships, and by identifying and creating opportunities to generate value to mexico customers.
*specifically, you will*:
execute dymax territory strategy by delivering product and service enhancements that improve customer satisfaction and sales, and by testing and managing inter-regional transfer business programs
meet continuous sales-skills objectives through market growth, market funneling, maintaining robust pipeline development, key account management, and by using extraordinary interpersonal selling skills
achieve dymax adhesives and equipment revenue objectives by engaging existing and targeted potential customers, within the territory, through direct interpersonal sales, and via sales partnering
build business through targeted new potential audiences by planning and coordinating informative events that provide compelling information on dymax technologies, products and lines, and services
build sales and pipelines by auditing potential accounts, considering alternatives, preparing proposals and quotes, delivering wow presentations, and following up for customer trust and commitment
capture sales through market expansion and sales penetration by coordinating opportunities to capture in-territory accounts, and by assigning non-key leads to internal sales and sales partners
*requirements*:
*you should have*:
bs/ba degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related.
mba preferred.
3+ years of experience of related sales experience, preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, medical/pharmaceutical/food manufacturing or packaging/dispensing environment
significant experience with a crm system required, jd edward e-1 advantageous
positive and professional attitude under pressure
ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans
self-direction and resourcefulness; detail-oriented disposition, and commitment to following through
ability to actively listen, empathize and present to potential and current customers
capacity to travel up to 70% of the time, ideally based in or close to queretaro city
