Job descriptionrole: regional headlocation: guadalajara, mexicowho are we looking for?Delivery head:we are seeking an experienced and dynamic region head to lead our operations in the latin american market within the information technology and services industry.
this role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives and expanding our business footprint across the region.
the successful candidate will be responsible for formulating, executing, and overseeing the country-specific strategies aligned with our corporate goals.
you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts with $25 mn & above annual revenue portfolio, 750+ workforce ensuring operational excellence, and building strong regional customer relationships.
the latam regional head will work closely with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, legal, hr and technical support, to ensure that our operations and services address the unique needs of clients & employees in this diverse and rapidly evolving market.
he or she will also be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers, government officials, and customers, facilitating growth and optimizing market opportunities.

lead and execute the company's business strategy in the latam region2.
responsible for overseeing 25mn+ revenue & 750+ employees across multiple key accounts in mexico, costa rica, argentina & other latam countries3.
act as the primary representative and face of the business & company in the latam regions4.
establish and maintain strong relationships with key local clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts.5.
drive business growth and market penetration by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and strengthening the company's presence across the region.6.
oversee the profit and loss (p&l) for the latam region, managing resources effectively to maximize profitability while ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.7.
lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional team.
provide clear direction and ensure that goals are met by driving collaboration across cross-functional teams (sales, legal, operations, marketing, hr).8.
monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.9.
ensure operational efficiency across the region by optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.10.
ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
proactively manage risks related to business operations, financials, and client relationships.11.
work with the marketing team to adapt global marketing strategies to local markets, ensuring brand alignment and consistent messaging across the region.12.
experience in working with global organizations, collaborating with leadership teams across regions to align regional strategies with global objectives, and driving seamless execution of delivery & operations.requirements:8.
proven track record of managing latam client accounts with demonstrated success in achieving business objectives.9.
in-depth understanding of the latin american business landscape, including regulatory and economic factors.10.
good understanding of it service delivery frameworks and methodologies11.
proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.12.
experience in budget management and financial reporting for large-scale projects.13.
demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.14.
ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and enhance service delivery.15.
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment while managing multiple priorities.behavioral skills:• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels• language fluency in english & spanish• ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior executives, tailoring the message to their level of understanding and business priorities• proactively develop strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, both within the organization and with clientsqualification:• bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred.• minimum of experience in service delivery or related roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity.
