- live in cdmx, monterrey or guadalajara and with availability to attend our client's work site.

- design and implement pega solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
- collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.
- troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- manage the technical aspects of deployment and post-implementation support.
- keep abreast of the latest pega technologies and functionalities, advocating for their use to improve project outcomes.
*you will be successful in this role if you have*:
- bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- pega senior systems architect (ssa) certification is required.
- around 3-5 years of experience as a pega ssa, with a proven track record of developing and implementing pega solutions.
- fluency in spanish and english, with excellent communication skills.
- strong understanding of pega prpc architecture, tools, and development frameworks.
- experience with agile and scrum methodologies is preferred.
- ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.
