Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a proactive, social, and strategic Talent & Creator Program Manager who will help us build and manage our creator affiliate programs while overseeing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta.
This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, talent management, and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new creators into our affiliate programs, nurturing strong relationships with influencers and brands, and managing ad campaign performance alongside the CEO.

Responsibilities 
- Identify and reach out to new creators (US-based and Spanish-speaking) to join our affiliate programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, ensuring they feel supported and aligned with campaign goals.
- Negotiate brand deals and oversee campaign logistics, from onboarding to delivery.
- Collaborate with creators to ensure proper usage of tracking links, assets, and deliverables.
Media Buying & Campaign Management
- Support paid media operations on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — upload creatives, monitor daily performance, and assist in ad optimizations.
- Analyze campaign results to help make data-informed budget and creative decisions.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on media strategy, testing new creatives, and scaling what performs.
- Act as a bridge between creators, the internal team, and clients.
- Prepare simple reports and share campaign performance insights.
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and performance check-ins with creators and internal stakeholders.
Requirements 
- ✅ 3+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or sales (agency or creator-focused experience preferred)
- ✅ Experience managing influencer or affiliate programs (including outreach and onboarding)
- ✅ Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager or willingness to learn quickly
- ✅ Fluent in English & Spanish (both written and spoken)
- ✅ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- ✅ Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- ✅ Comfortable working US hours
Nice-to-haves 
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency or influencer network
- Familiarity with ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)
- Experience using CRM or creator outreach tools
- Open, social, and relationship-driven
- Strategic and proactive — doesn't wait for direction to add value
- Curious about data, performance, and creative trends
- Comfortable talking to both creators and clients at any level
