within your role as an instructional designer (m/f/diverse) in software academy you will be responsible for:
- learning, supporting internal customers globally to develop and deploy efficient and high-quality learning items.
- creating engaging, high quality learning activities and compelling course content in adobe captivate, articulate, camtasia (knowledge of additional tools is an advantage)
- working with (subject matter) experts (smes), learning experts and other learner designers to designing learner-centric solutions
- designing communications campaign to promote and incentive learning content and strategic events in continental.
- consulting internal customers on how to translate their learning objectives into effective learning items (focus on online learning items)
- organize and support strategic events in continental
- working with continental communication team to promote learning content and strategic events.
- designing of supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations,)
- supporting purchasing process with external design vendors, if applicable
*profile*:
- academic degree in graphical design, pedagogy, communications, marketing, or comparable studies.
- visual design skills (adobe cc and related design tools), knowledge of basic design principles (contrast, balance, color theory, etc.)
and ability to storyboard, required.
- experience in instructional design and with authoring tools (adobe captivate, articulate, camtasia) highly desirable.
- knowledge of animation principles and video editing, highly desirable.
- knowledge of ms office 365, especially excel, powerpoint
- good communication skills, copywriting, and communication strategies skills.
- web design, desirable.
- problem-solving skills, creative power, and quality orientation
- knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models, desirable.
- high customer orientation, ability to understand and connect with internal customers from diverse functional backgrounds
- a passion for learning and digital solutions as well as for current trends in hr and talent development to pioneer future learning
