**Purpose of the position**

Maintain a relationship with the main commercial partners (Segments:, MME, E&M;, BB, LLC, RE, ISB and RBB) for the sale, retention and distribution of the HSBC Payroll product

Coordination of your assigned team to generate HSBC payroll sales and retention strategies, providing an analysis and proposal for the execution of customer acquisition and retention activities in your portfolio.

Specialized service to answer questions and customer follow-up

**Main responsibilities**:

- Business Impact (Complete 3-4 areas)
- Establish and implement business strategies for Payroll acquisition and retention in key segments such as: Global Banking, Corporate: MME E&M;, LC, RE, ISB, GOB, BBU, RBB.
- Increase the number of net payroll holders with current companies, supported by the team in charge.
- Develop and implement initiatives for the retention of Payroll at risk.
- Implement strategies that ensure the level of service and payroll conditions of key segments and services (PCM, ATM)
- Financial analysis of payroll profitability. Cost-benefit analysis of payroll attraction, as well as installation of ATMs, Modules, improvement of conditions, etc.
- Specialized customer service

**Main challenges**:

- Generate strategies based on the main indicators
- Portfolio growth, attraction of existing clients
- customer retention
- Maintain and develop leadership over the team with respect and seeking the development of the members.
- Convince about the actions to be carried out in order to create a cordial work environment.
- Build trust with results-based actions.

**Knowledge and experience**:

- 3 years of experience in Selling Financial Services to business clients
- High knowledge of the Payroll product, transactional products.
- Analysis focused on detecting opportunities for improvement in processes
- Decision making in the face of operational and commercial problems
- Generation of strategies to increase levels of profitability and service
- Leadership and team management
- Knowledge of products, processes and services related to the attention of payroll companies.
- Knowledge in Economic-Administrative areas.
- Superior skills in Negotiation and Sales
- Work under pressure with internal and external clients
- Teamwork skills and interdisciplinary groups
- Advanced English
