Residential cleaning scheduling coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled operations coordinator to join our team.the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling logistics of a high-volume residential cleaning service. This includes assigning cleaning jobs within 24 hours of booking based on cleaner availability, skill, and location.a key aspect of this role is maintaining and managing a real-time, conflict-free calendar. The operations coordinator must also monitor for issues such as cancellations, double bookings, or last-minute reschedules, and track and respond to customer feedback to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.responsibilities include managing jobs on the waitlist and proactively recovering cancellations, maintaining a dynamic list of high-performing cleaners for top-priority jobs, calculating and verifying weekly cleaner payments using google sheets, monitoring and following up on declined credit card transactions, coordinating closely with the sales and customer success teams, tracking operational kpis and sharing performance updates, and responding to urgent scheduling changes to ensure full coverage.the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or scheduling role, and be fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal). Strong organizational skills and responsiveness during assigned hours are essential, as is experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.proficiency with google sheets and calendar or scheduling platforms is required.
