*about the role*:
*key responsibilities*:
- partner with product managers, developers, designers, and service managers to scope, plan, and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives) and help the team meet delivery goals.
- promote good practices in code quality, testing, and deployment using modern development tools and workflows.
- assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues in production and staging environments.
- encourage a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
*required qualifications*:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering or managing development teams in an agile environment.
- solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
- familiarity with testing practices and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
- strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
*preferred qualifications*:
- experience with modern frontend frameworks such as angular or react is a plus.
- interest or background in the gaming or multimedia space.
- exposure to cloud platforms or devops practices is beneficial but not required.
- spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
