*you must have*:
- *6+ years of experience*in production within manufacturing sites.
- *4+ years of experience*in supervisory roles in production, manufacturing, or related areas ( *people management experience*).
- knowledge of *5s*, *continuous improvement*, and *production planning systems*(e.g., *sap*or similar).
