we are expanding our people team and are looking for a driven, organized, and engaging recruiter who can spark excitement about ejam while helping us scale world-class teams—across creative, marketing, operations, supply chain, customer experience, data, and leadership roles.
role overview
the recruiter will be the first line of defense for talent entering ejam.
your core responsibilities include:
* running high-volume outbound recruiting (primarily via linkedin recruiter)
* building email drip campaigns and multi-step outreach sequences
* conducting initial interviews for all roles
* collaborating daily with the people operations lead & hr coordinator
* preparing weekly recruitment reports (outbound activity, inbound pipeline, interview metrics, candidate flow)
* escalating recruitment blockers, including:
o delayed hiring-manager reviews
o unclear role scopes
o missing or delayed test assignments
o low pipeline volume
* providing market insights to improve recruitment speed, quality, and efficiency
* acting as a talent ambassador, confidently selling:
o ejam’s brands
o our culture
o our growth trajectory
o the role opportunity
* ensuring efficient communication throughout the hiring funnel
owning top-of-funnel hiring processes end-to-een
* a confident communicator with excellent english; spanish is a strong plus
* engaging, friendly, and able to spark excitement about ejam and its opportunities
* highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* assertive in pushing for candidate reviews, test assignments, and hiring momentum
* skilled in outbound sourcing and comfortable managing multiple pipelines at once
* a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
* experience in recruiting or outbound sales is a strong advantage

compensation
monthly salary (usd):
* $1,300 – $1,800 per month
