precon meetings are attended and if possible, the account will be reviewed with the client to avoid any confusion at the time of the final account.
banquet checks loaded into the master account (opera) that travel through the envision system are reviewed.
all attendees' documents (passport and immigration form) are reviewed to determine whether the zero rate tax incentive applies.
the zero rate tax incentive is calculated if applicable, which grants a 100% reduction in vat on rooms and meal plans for foreign groups that come to the hotel to celebrate a convention.
