This isn’t a “babysit the listings” job. It’s a growth role for someone who can scale revenue across amazon, ebay, tiktok shop, walmart, mirakl networks, and a developing smb reseller ecosystem.you’ll own channel strategy, optimize everything from pricing to logistics, and ensure our watch catalog performs like a top-tier portfolio—not a dusty shelf of forgotten skus.if you like a fast pace, big autonomy, and measurable results, you’ll enjoy this.what you’ll ownmarketplace strategy & growthown p&l performance for amazon, ebay, tiktok shop, walmart, and mirakl-powered marketplaces.build tailored strategies per channel—assortment, pricing, promotions, customer experience, compliance.identify gaps, inefficiencies, and revenue opportunities quickly. Fix them faster.smb network expansiondevelop a scalable network of smb partners and third-party sellers.create clear frameworks for onboarding, pricing alignment, product consistency, and performance expectations.drive reseller growth through streamlined operations, product access, and ongoing support systems.catalog & merchandisingoversee listing quality, seo optimization, imagery, titles, keyword strategy, and conversion-focused product pages.manage promotions, bundles, limited releases, and marketplace-specific merchandise strategies.coordinate with merchandising to ensure inventory allocation makes sense for each channel’s velocity.operations, logistics & compliancepartner with ops to ensure smooth fulfillment, returns handling, and sla consistency.monitor channel health metrics—including account ratings, defect rates, and compliance flags—and keep everything in the green.ensure pricing consistency across channels while protecting margins and brand integrity.performance & analyticsown kpi dashboards across marketplaces: gmv, margin, buy box %, conversion, return rates, advertising performance, and catalog health.build testing frameworks—pricing tests, pdp formats, ad optimization—and roll out learnings systematically.forecast channel demand and communicate needs to supply chain, finance, and leadership.cross-functional leadershipwork closely with growth, ops, product, and creative to push channel performance.deliver clear reporting and recommendations to leadership—direct, concise, no fluff.lead by example: organized, proactive, and ruthlessly focused on results.what you bring4–7+ years of marketplace experience scaling high-volume ecommerce brands.deep knowledge of amazon seller central (fba + fbm), ebay stores, walmart seller center, tiktok shop, and mirakl networks.strong operator instincts: you know how to diagnose problems and build structural solutions, not band-aids.proven track record increasing revenue, reducing operational friction, and improving marketplace performance metrics.experience building—or managing—a reseller or smb distribution network is a major plus.comfortable working at and in a fast paced environment, making calls with imperfect data, and owning your results.a strategic mindset paired with solid execution chops.why join usmulti-channel ecosystem with massive room for expansion.autonomy to build and shape the entire marketplace function your way.leadership that cares about performance and impact—not politics.competitive compensation with meaningful growth upside.a product category with passionate customers and strong demand velocity.what we’re looking forwe’re after someone who thrives in the trenches and thinks like an owner.
