This critical leadership position oversees the strategy, execution, and delivery of all high-volume retail campaign assets for both sub-brands. Key responsibilities leadership & governance (end‑to‑end oversight) lead the mexico retail unit, overseeing the development and execution of all retail campaigns, including monthly sales drivers and special events. Manage the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring robust governance from the initial client briefing through asset development, adaptation, and final trafficking to the media agency. Develop, refine, and enforce high‑impact workflows and timeframes (slas) to guarantee timely and quality delivery across all retail assets. Production management & scale – lead and align cross‑functional teams (including studio/production, creative, and project management) to deliver assets at scale, leveraging ia and tech tools. Oversee the development of all retail campaign assets, including model overviews (landing pages), managing an average monthly volume of 1,000 assets, and model overviews per name‑plate. Serve as the key operational leader, managing the flow of retail‑specific projects and ensuring compliance with brand and legal requirements. Team management & strategy – serve as the direct manager for the accounts and project management teams within the retail unit. Act as the primary point of contact for mexico marketing and sales teams on all retail matters.
