we are seeking creative, driven architects to join our collaborative team full-time, on-site in one of our five global offices. Whether you're launching your career or bringing years of experience, we offer opportunities at every level. requirements
* 7-10 years minimum full-time experience in the field of architecture (post graduation).
* bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
* master's of architecture degree is preferred.
* ability to supervise 1 to 3 junior team members, review and red-mark technical drawings, interact with consultants and coordinate with public agencies.
* knowledge of building codes and technical standards required.
* drafting skills, ability to manage your own drawing sets, ability to storyboard and establish personal schedules based on deadlines.
* design sensibility and problem-solving
* familiarity with multiple operating systems, common business programs and cad applications required.
* availability for in-office support (monday - friday, full time)
responsibilities
* working knowledge of construction documents preparation.
* experience coordinating with consultants, clients, landlords, and general contractors.
* ability to self-lead, oversee deliverables, review for accuracy and effectively communicate design.
* active communication both in-office as well as working with teams from other offices.
* attention to detail.
* offer support to supervising project managers, project architects, and office team. Oversee and mentor junior staff. Collaboration with outside teams including client, property owners, engineers, and consultants.
* strong presentation skills through multiple media options (digital and hand sketching). Ability to keep up with evolving technology.
