as a juniorhrdata analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support teams in their decision-making. You will work closely with technology and business experts to improve the quality of the reporting.

* collect, clean, and structure data from various sources.
* perform analyses and produce clear reports.
* identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
* collaborate with business teams to improve data quality.
* analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
* monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
* develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
* ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.

how to thrive in this role?
* bachelor degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, management or business administrative degree or related field.
* minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* curiosity, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in working with data.
* ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* comfortable working on parallel projects with competing deadlines.
* strong interest in data, analytics, and continuous improvement.
* proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes.
* strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
* knowledge of analytical tools (advanced excel, power bi).
* understanding databases and modeling concepts.
* ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
* strong communication and collaboration abilities.
* strong written and verbal communication skills in french and english
* ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
* familiarity with hris systems (e.g., sap successfactors) is a strong asset.
* understanding of hr data domains (headcount, hires, terminations, turnover) is an asset.
