about the team/role
we are looking for a creative and innovative marketer with strong expertise in leading a brand from a marketing perspective, with 360° marketing campaigns and a deep understanding of media. The ideal candidate combines a user‐centric mindset with insight into locally relevant trends, ensuring impactful, results‐driven outcomes. They thrive in fast‐paced, dynamic environments, develop talent, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity to uncover market opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This role reports to the spanish‐speaking latam food and delivery marketing director.

in this role, you'll be
* translating high‐level strategy and positioning into actionable, locally tailored deliverables such as integrated marketing campaigns, communication frameworks, and value propositions.
* connecting the business ambition to brand vision to build a meaningful brand positioning in the category.
* staying informed about market trends and top‐performing brand campaigns that establish local benchmarks.
* uncovering locally unique and culturally relevant marketing opportunities, aligned with business priorities and fueled by insights from user research to enhance engagement.
* developing and executing marketing campaigns providing input into key messaging and creative briefs.
* using internal and external data to find relevant insights that transform into effective marketing plans and social media actions and content.
* using data‐driven thinking approach for decision making.
* collaborating with cross‐functional teams to develop go‐to‐market plans.
* analyzing marketing data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
* applying media knowledge, understanding and strategic feedback.
we're eager to be in touch because you have
* have +5 years of experience implementing result‐oriented integrated regional marketing campaigns, research/insights, brand strategy, equity positioning, channel & comms planning, and campaign measurement & reporting.
* experience leading others and developing talent.
* proven local media knowledge.
* proven experience launching and optimizing integrated marketing brand 360 campaigns. Full understanding of integrated planning, able to drive a full funnel approach.
* business acumen: fully understand the role of marketing communication on driving sales and revenue growth. Proven experience on launching sales activation campaigns with uplift on key business metrics.
* critical thinking: skillfully analyze problems using brand models or tools, generate a structured approach to solve problems.
* able to solve issues within the functional area supported by data and consumer insights.
* creative: able to generate innovative approaches to address problems.
* consumer centric: user value creation analysis; definition of sources of growth based on user and desk research.
* bias for action: with a relentless focus on results.
* passion for high performance: a track record of being an energetic & optimistic team member with a collaborative spirit and the ability to influence and unify cross‐functional teams, peers, and leaders.
* fluent in english and spanish is mandatory.
