role purpose
software developer to work within the technology team to provide banking, investment, and other financial services to high-net-worth individuals (hnwis) and ultra high net worth individuals (uhnwi) with high levels of income or sizable assets.
the services include financial services, tax advisories, asset/wealth management, brokerage, etc., affiliated to a relationship manager/advisor.
responsibilities
the objective of this role is to work across the technology delivery lifecycle; requirement grooming, development, unit testing, release, incident management and continued maintenance of a service, including support for non-functional requirements such as backup and recovery testing, disaster recovery testing, and service sustainability programs.
they will be required to continually enhance their skills within several specialisms, including front-end and back-end development along with operational support.
working with ops, dev and test engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change.
observation of internal controls: required knowledge of fim policy.
