️ key responsibilities
* manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for bps and/or it profiles, ensuring quality, speed, and an excellent candidate experience.
* handle a high volume of requisitions simultaneously, effectively prioritizing based on business needs.
* act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and stakeholders, understanding requirements, providing market insights, and proposing talent solutions.
* maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients in both english and spanish.
* coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
* collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team, sharing best practices and contributing to team objectives.
* quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and organizational changes within a dynamic environment.
* work efficiently under pressure, meeting slas, recruitment metrics, and hiring targets.
required experience & skills
* proven talent acquisition experience within large, global organizations.
* strong experience recruiting bps and/or it profiles.
* advanced proficiency in english and spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of hiring requirements.
* excellent stakeholder and customer management capabilities.
* ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
* strong teamwork mindset with open and transparent communication.
* high adaptability and comfort with evolving processes.
* minimum of 6 years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
