Participate in the creation of and review of business cases for accuracy and forecasting purposes. Develop metrics to allocate cto services to the product lines.enhanced service delivery: participate in the creation of and review of business cases for accuracy and forecasting purposes. Review all contracts associated with cto group and notify management of any issues, risk or other concerns. Ensure financial terms are consistent with forecast and business case if applicableleadership: support budgeting and business planning process for cto group. Consult with, and build strong, positive and influential relationships with the cto management team and provide financial guidance and direction. Risk management: provide financial control guidance and direction with respect to the cto and work with enterprise risk mgmt team on behalf of cio.
