we are seeking a marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy and execution across our owned & operated stores and outlet locations in mexico.
this role requires a unique blend of brand building and commercial focus—elevating innovation-led product stories in premium retail environments while driving traffic, conversion, and sell-through in both full-price and value-driven channels.
key responsibilities
* owning the seasonal retail marketing calendar and strategy for all stores and outlets in mexico.
* leading the development of 360-degree in-store campaigns that bring brand stories—especially innovation and product performance narratives—to life.
* creating differentiated marketing strategies for full-price and outlet stores, tailored to their distinct consumer behaviors and commercial goals.
in this role, you will work closely with store operations, visual merchandising, planning, and brand marketing to align storytelling and performance.
required skills and qualifications
to be successful in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* 6–8 years of experience in retail, dtc, or trade marketing, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
* a proven track record of leading marketing strategies for both premium and value-driven retail formats.
* a strong understanding of retail kpis and ability to balance brand-building with commercial execution.
