responsible for leading end-to-end project management to drive the execution of strategic initiatives. This role ensures effective coordination of key workstreams, clear communication of progress, timely escalation of risks and roadblocks, and strong alignment with workstream leads and key stakeholders.
what you’ll do
responsible for comprehensive project management to execute on the defined strategy company initiates by managing key project work streams, communicating progress, escalating road blocks, and clear and timely communication to workstream leads and key stakeholders.
determine and define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
execute risk analysis to define and plan against project hurdles.
provide project updates on a consistent basis to steering committee about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.

10+ years of project management experience.
proven success in multi-faceted/complex project execution.
plant experience is a must.
