job description
we are seeking a portfolio operations specialist (hca) to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the operational excellence of the hospital consumables & accessories portfolio. You will provide analytical and operational support to the product management team, ensuring commercial data integrity and success in tender processes.
key responsibilities
* operational support: manage the back-office operations of the hca portfolio, ensuring the efficient execution of the marketing plan.
* tender management: prepare and manage the technical and commercial documentation required for tender processes.
* data analytics: conduct market analysis and pricing tracking to ensure market competitiveness.
* data integrity: maintain the quality and governance of commercial data and product documentation.
* cross-functional collaboration: work closely with sales, regulatory affairs, finance, and supply chain to ensure compliance and drive commercial results.
candidate profile
* education: bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, marketing or related fields. Official title is a must.
* experience: previous experience in commercial operations, data management, or sales support within the medical industry is preferred.
* analytical skills: ability to handle large volumes of data and generate accurate reports (excel advanced)
* attention to detail: high level of rigor in managing technical and regulatory documentation.
* languages: proficiency in english (intermediate/advanced) for the management of global documentation.
