qualifications
qualifications include a university degree in engineering with a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience*

Responsibilities
create and update 2d preliminary, submittal, and additional detail mechanical drawings.
Create and update 3d revit level drawings.
Provide support with the component selections, and other technical information of air handler units
support the application engineering team and other team members.
Plan and conduct independent work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria applied to hvac units and any mechanical design related to the company.
Devise new approaches to problems, and prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, and monitor work for compliance to applicable codes, accepted engineering practices.
Interface with internal and external customers via phone and e‑mail to address and accommodate design requirements and concerns.
Document, record, and communicate design changes to customers and manufacturing.
Management and maintenance of mechanical drawings on multiple projects, from preliminary stage through final production.
Contribute to design projects and responsible for simple, tightly scoped design tasks with minimal guidance.
Provide feedback and reports on any design discrepancies.
Open to participate in all internal activities and projects in the company.
Interface with other departments to complete design and drawings.
Creation/modification of tools related to work activities.
Support on the guidance, revision, and training of applications design engineer c.
Create, lead, and participate in projects that can ensure efficient execution of workflow and the proper integration of new technologies.
Requirements
strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled user of 2d autocad (2013 or later) systems and related design computer software in the development of manufactured products.
Experience in 3d inventor is a plus.
Experience in design of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (hvac) is a plus.
Manufacturing process knowledge related to structural frames, cabinet design, is a plus.
Office systems software – word processing & spreadsheet (ms word, excel).
Must have the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and be action‑oriented to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Must have the ability to analyze data and problem solve.
Goal orientated, self‑motivated and with high level of common sense.
