Your role will involve:
- *technical troubleshooting*: provide advanced technical support for issues related to resin performance, production machinery and resin quality qualification. *diagnose and resolve complex problems* in a timely manner to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- process optimization*:collaborate with customer’s engineering and production teams* to identify areas for improvement in processes and systems. Implement solutions to enhance performance, reduce waste, and improve overall production quality.
- documentation and reporting: maintain detailed records of support activities, including issue resolutions, system changes, and overall production trial agendas and schedules.
- training and support: educate and train internal and external staff on the use of our resins and new technologies.
- regulatory compliance: ensure that our proposal meet with relevant local and international regulations and industry standards.
*key responsabilities*:
- externally lead customer development projects (support production trials, support technical exchange meetings, provide detailed orientation for customers).
- generate reports properly internally to our sales and customer solutions team and provide insights to management on technical challenges.
- address customer queries directly, and support troubleshooting efforts.
- work closely to customer solutions and engineering teams (r&d) finding innovative and efficient solutions.
