We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven account manager foced on distribution growth to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions.

key responsibilities:

* serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships to understand their business goals and challenges.
* develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
* collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver seamless service and address client needs promptly.
* monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
* identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the accounts, supporting the expansion of services and products aligned with client objectives.
* manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maintain profitable and sustainable partnerships.
* keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to offer clients innovative solutions and strategies.

qualifications and skills:

* proven experience as an account manager or similar client-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* strong problem-solving mindset and organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
* proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
* ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
* a customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering trust
* preferred experience with distribution hunt, and grow
