key responsibilities:
 * serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships to understand their business goals and challenges.
 * develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
 * collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to deliver seamless service and address client needs promptly.
 * monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
 * identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the accounts, supporting the expansion of services and products aligned with client objectives.
 * manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maintain profitable and sustainable partnerships.
 * keep abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to offer clients innovative solutions and strategies.
qualifications and skills:
 * proven experience as an account manager or similar client-facing role, preferably within a relevant industry.
 * excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
 * strong problem-solving mindset and organizational abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
 * proficiency in crm software and microsoft office suite; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
 * ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating initiative and accountability.
