as a lean manager, you will be responsible for leading lean initiatives and managing all key plant improvement projects. Your role will focus on driving cross-functional alignment, deploying continuous improvement strategies, and fostering a lean culture across manufacturing operations.

* lead and manage all key plant improvement projects
* deploy lean strategies and support x-matrix/hoshin planning
* facilitate kaizen events and implement lean tools (vsm, smed, 5s, standard work)
* drive kpi improvements through data analysis and gemba walks
* train and coach teams in lean and six sigma methodologies
* foster a lean culture through tier meetings and continuous improvement engagement
* support mes/erp integration and automation opportunities
* ensure alignment with ehs, sustainability, and compliance standards
about you
* bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
* 5+ years in lean/continuous improvement leadership roles
* strong knowledge of lean tools (vsm, smed, 5s, standard work)
* experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement projects
* skilled in x-matrix and hoshin kanri alignment
* strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
* preferred: lean six sigma certification; power bi, mes, or erp experience
