Join our team as a **Key Account Manager!**
The Key Account Manager will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Play an integral role in new commercial launches and assume responsibility for the effective incorporation of new clients.
- Development and achievement of sales, focusing on the growth and progress of existing clients and the generation of new business.
- Prospect new clients and follow up on pending opportunities.
- Ongoing training on Salesforce products and constant updates on new releases.
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity-bidding businesses.
- Act as the key interface between the client and all areas of the company.
- Development of an upselling and cross-selling plan.
- Development of growth strategies.
- Creation of commercial proposals and digital strategies
- Creation of annual sales business plan
- Management and administration of invoices
- Management and creation of opportunity in Salesforce
**Requirements**:

Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Advertising or related)

Advanced English (B2)
*
At least one year of experience in managing digital marketing accounts
*
Ability to solve problems and find opportunities

Customer management skills

**Desirable Skills**

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Management (6 months)
