job objective:
day to day job duties:(what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
- implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, access control, and encryption.
- collaborate with development teams to optimize code delivery and with operations teams to streamline infrastructure management.
- troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime..
*basic qualifications*:
- bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- * 3+ years of experience in devops or related roles.*
- proficiency with.net core, blazor, and maui development frameworks.
- strong understanding of ci/cd concepts and experience with related tools like jenkins, gitlab ci/cd, or azure devops.
- experience with infrastructure as code tools such as terraform or cloudformation.
- familiarity with containerization technologies like docker and container orchestration platforms like kubernetes.
- knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as prometheus, grafana, elk stack, or splunk.
- understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments.
