This role is ideal for someone with1 to 4 years of experiencewho is eager to grow their career in talent acquisition and gain hands-on exposure toit and bpo hiringwhile managingend‐to‐end recruitment processes .you will play a key role in supporting hiring needs acrossentry-level to mid-level it roles(such as help desk and service desk) as well asbpo / call center positions, partnering closely with hiring managers, hr, and internal stakeholders.key responsibilities manageend-to-end recruitment processes, from job intake to offer stage. Source, screen, and interview candidates for: it roles (help desk, service desk, it support, etc.) Bpo / call center roles (customer service, operations, support). Conduct phone and video screenings to assess: technical basics communication skills cultural and behavioral fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and hr teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ats and recruiting trackers. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support offer preparation, reference checks, and onboarding coordination. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and pipeline visibility. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and processes.required qualifications 1 to 4 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruiting. Basic understanding ofit roles, especially help desk / service desk environments. Experience recruiting forbpo or call center positionsis strongly preferred. Hands-on experience managingfull-cycle (end-to-end) recruitment processes. Advanced or fluent english(spoken and written) mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
