about the role
ralph is seeking a jack-of-all-trades producer to join the team! Strong writing, including a confident command of spelling and grammar, are definite must-haves. You enjoy working with people and communicate clearly to keep daily output in step with the larger vision for the campaign and projects you’ll be working on. You will be expected to communicate with clients, maintaining a strong and friendly relationship during and after the project delivery. You will be tasked with organizing large‑scale video shoots at times and expected to maintain relationships with production crews and contacts.
you will also participate in pitch processes and brainstorms for projects that range from social to 360 campaigns to video projects, influencer activations, live events, and more. Exciting eh?
on ralph’s production team, each day will bring you new challenges and tasks. No two days are the same! You’ll have the opportunity to assist the team with analyzing marketing briefs, ad-hoc projects, as well as every step from r&d to creative brainstorming to execution.
what you’ll do
* create and manage internal budgets and timelines to keep projects within scope and prevent resource overruns.
* consistently deliver projects that fully meet client business and strategic objectives.
* develop and maintain robust day‑to‑day client relationships, engaging in strategy, planning, and concept meetings as needed.
* respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining clear and concise communication, with specific response times for different communication channels.
* acquire necessary assets and additional information from clients to support project objectives.
* demonstrate creative problem‑solving in response to client feedback or internal challenges, enhancing project outcomes and team cohesion.
* identify and coordinate necessary resources, lead internal team briefings, brainstorming sessions, and manage ad‑hoc projects to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
* assist in organizing and overseeing shoots and large productions, ensuring efficient logistics, vendor management, and high production standards.
* adapt to evolving responsibilities and take on additional tasks as required.
about you
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience.
* a minimum of 3 years’ project management or producer experience from an agency.
* ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast‑paced environment.
* must be strong at multitasking, managing multiple projects, budgeting and scheduling.
* effectively manage time, hit deadlines, and communicate needs with the team as well as clients.
* strong attention to detail, including spelling and grammar consistencies.
* shoot / production experience is a plus.
* knowledge of the video production process from storyboarding through final editing is a plus.
