- conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to understand needs and align them with nasdaq’s solutions.
- create demand for nasdaq’s products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
- analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
- collaborate with senior account managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.required qualifications- bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
- strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.preferred qualifications- advanced degree or certification (e.g., mba, pmp).
- experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
