responsibilities
* provide first and second-level technical support to internal/external users.
* manage and perform preventive/corrective maintenance on computer equipment, networks, and other peripherals.
* install, configure, and update software and hardware according to company policies.
* monitor the operation of critical systems (pos, servers, etc.) and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
* document incidents, solutions, and procedures to generate organizational learning and historical records.
* train users in the proper use of technological tools.
* collaborate in the implementation of new projects or technologies.
* ensure compliance with it security and data protection policies.
requirements
* technical degree or bachelor’s in systems, it, computer science, or related fields.
* knowledge of sap and java.
* previous experience in technical support or systems administration.
* knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and office tools.
* problem-solving skills and ability to support internal clients in the financial area.
* availability to work rotating shifts or be on-call (depending on the area).
