*deliver annual ecommerce plan by segment-account-business unit within approved budget & ensuring long term sustainability through a deep understanding of the marketplaces and b2b /b2c platforms.
define relevant and profitable strategies across segments considering annual plans.support definition of aop/psp customer strategy with the detection of new pmf capabilities required to capture growth and new opportunities for the short and long term.
work alongside different stakeholders to define strategies, portfolio and different ways of generating revenue in path to profitability.ensure great service levels within segments in scope.
attract new accounts and explore white spaces as new ways of generating revenue and share of market.
develop egtm channel as a new way of digitizing the tt and generate additional income.become a key player in developing direct to consumer channels, responsible of the constant growth and profitability of the segment.
be an internal advocate to support the digital transformation through proactive communication to top and bottom of the organization
