our team leverages data-driven insights to transform healthcare, collaborating with stakeholders to provide actionable intelligence that improves patient outcomes.
we are seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support our marketing group with daily operations like budgeting, invoicing, financial tracking, and process management. The ideal candidate will work with marketing operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, vendor management, and workflow efficiency.
in your first 12 months, you will have achieved:
* effective budget management, including tracking, reconciliation, and forecasting.
* timely processing and reconciliation of vendor invoices.
* development and maintenance of operational documentation and sops.
* support in building reports on marketing spend and performance metrics.
* implementation of automation and process improvements for financial operations.
what you bring to komodo health (required):
* at least 3 years of experience in financial operations, budgeting, or marketing support.
* proficiency with the zip procurement platform or similar tools.
* strong attention to detail in financial data management.
* excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in remote or cross-functional teams.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
