role overview:
we are looking for a talented ux/ui designer with proven experience in designing websites and emails in figma. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of design principles that drive sales, customer acquisition, and user engagement. Beyond visuals, you know how to make designs functional and strategic to support client growth.
key responsibilities:
* design intuitive, high-performing websites and email campaigns using figma.
* collaborate with strategists, developers, and marketers to bring ideas to life.
* ensure all designs are aligned with conversion goals and client objectives.
* conduct research and stay up-to-date with ecommerce and service website trends, usability standards, and best practices.
* create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
* translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly digital experiences.
* contribute to branding projects (logos, style guides, visual identity) as needed.
* work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
* present design concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.
nice-to-have skills:
* experience with branding, logos, and full identity systems.
* knowledge of email marketing design (flows, newsletters, direct mailers).
* familiarity with performance marketing and cro (conversion rate optimization) principles.
requirements:
* 4+ years of ux/ui design experience (agency or freelance).
* strong portfolio showcasing websites, emails, and any ecommerce/service site experience.
* proficiency in figma and related design/prototyping tools.
* strong understanding of ux principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
* ability to balance creativity with functionality and performance goals.
* excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* self-motivated with a passion for ongoing learning and industry trends.
