to provide primary care providers with a clinical audit that reviews patient management against local or national guidelines.
* support and supervise nurse advisers / it specialists in search capability development and training. Provide specific training to healthcare staff if required.
* enhance clinical change through the use of clinical audit program tools. Analyze data to present relevant information to customers and healthcare clients.
* deliver program objectives by setting up clinical search solutions, recall systems, and conducting clinical audits according to professional standards and company sops.
* use gp clinical systems for manual searches, mail merges, and appointment bookings. Comply with confidentiality requirements.
* implement program processes within potential sites, including honorary contracts, management protocols, search criteria, clinical pathways, feedback mechanisms, and customer satisfaction reports.
* customize templates on all systems.
* complete internal electronic monitoring and reporting systems accurately, adhering to program timescales.
* utilize program tools like management and treatment protocols, performance improvement grids, and action planning.
* prioritize clinical information using excel software according to program objectives.
* act as project champion for key initiatives and contribute to cross-functional working groups.
* present and run it and service training sessions to large groups.
* lead the development of new search outputs.
* support work at the account level, collaborating with pct stakeholders to help customers implement pct/cluster projects.
* communicate program goals and objectives to relevant healthcare services and local personnel.
* provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
* meet obligations within country-specific nursing and midwifery codes of conduct.
* perform other duties as assigned.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in an it-based field (required)
* five years' experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
* understanding of the national health service environment
* awareness of it project management principles
* data management and analysis skills using ms excel and major clinical systems
* ability to scope and write search specifications and build bespoke searches
* confidentiality
* ability to install and use electronic interrogation tools for gp systems
* problem-solving and execution skills
* priority and coordination skills to meet deadlines
* establishing effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
